If you have completed DMC4 then you unlock history of DMC which (if you watch all of it) confirms that the dark knight Dante faces in DMC1 is in fact the brain-washed soul of Virgil.He became that dark knight when he fell into Hell and was brain-washed by Mundas,he was then used as a pawn against Dante.  

Taunting mid combat sounds Sstylish but dangerous.   The 100 enemies in the credits lets you see what happened to Vergil after Dante went  back. Harder than it sounds though. No items cos you cant die. Thats a hard thought of get out of your head when you spend all the rest of the time dodging enemies.

thanks for the advice on bloody palace i find geryon and doppalganger work but dont move your health up when in dt i think maybe try trickster good theres no new boss, but i might have wanted to fight one i try cerberus but it has limits im practicing my combos now, sometimes its more survive than combos.
