Well... This dosen't really prove that you get to play as Dante, because there is no life bar at the top or anything. It could be from a cut scene or somthing of the linke...
probably might have a little game play of dante and they might switch it up.....

hey guys look it might be stupid but in the first trialer of dmc4 we see the sword of dante which have a skeleton is head and his guns style is still like dante one gun is black and one is silver,the major part is that sword is from part dmc3 so output will be dante and on other hand the great graphics of ps3 can be a great change

Just to let you all know, as a reminder, it isn't likely that Nero is Vergil. Even if Vergil lost his memory, his instinct is: Guns Are Forbaden. This Nero uses a gun called the blue rose and a new red sword that clicks with an explosion.

I don't see what the big deal is with people dissing Nero. Sure, you may be ticked now and think that Dante's the best thing in the world, but has anyone explored the concept that Nero may be just as badass as Dante if not more so, but in a way that doesn't completely piss people off?
Seriously, it's like what happened with Kingdom Hearts, people hated the idea of a kid using a key to fight shadows alongside Donald Duck and Goofy, but did that game not rock? Was KH & KH2 not awesome? So hold off your Nero-dissing until you actually get to see what he can really do. I, personally, am looking forward to the game regardless of Dante or Nero being the main character because in my opinion Nero looks like he can carry on the series quite nicely if we give him a chance to work his magic like Dante did.

I don't know what this new game holds or if you'll play as Dante or not, even though to be honest if Capcom were smart they would allow it.
