i thought that if series devil may cry was in movie so DMC 3 will be the 1st episode, when Dante meet his twin brother virgil and Lady.at final in that episode, Virgil fell to hell and start to fight with mundus and Dante have created a office.  the DMC 1 will be next episode, Mundus try to open the gate and virgil work for him, because in the middle of that episode, Mundus said :" Trish, Virgil have been defeated". DMC 2 will be next episode and then DMC 4.
 

In DMC 6 i think that someone will resuscitate Sparda and Virgil to open the hell gate again. but after they opened it, Sparda and Virgil have remembered all things and they fight against the devil with Dante and Nero.

The final in DMC 6 that Sparda and Virgil will go back to the deamon world and become the king.
