Ok, here is a story I have started writing, it isn't finished yet, but I will continue posting as I get more of it done. Untill then here is what I have so far.
@ Beowolf: Yes Steven messaged me, and told me I can post as long as they are not so detailed and in depth, which is no problem, that was why I contacted him about it after I posted it.
It was a dark stormy night, the sky covered with clouds, the stars and moon hidden from sight. The thunder was loud, the lightning flashes so bright they light up the entire sky, making it look like morning. A young girl was running through the woods, daring to look behind her every so often. Her face and body were covered in blood, and she kept running, as fast as she could. Suddenly something jumped in front of her path and she screamed at the top of her lungs, then passed out from the shock. Several hours later she came too, and slowly opened her eyes, looking into the face of a very handsome man who was holding a cloth on her forehead. He smiled softly as she looked into her eyes. “What is your name?” he asked her, his voice deep yet soft, and his eyes warm and caring. She looked at him for a moment, before replying, her voice a low whisper. “ My name is Kyana.”
He smiled softly, helping her sit up. “Kyana, such a beautiful name. My name is Sess." He said softly. Kyana nodded, as she looked at him again, trying to tell if there was some evil purpose behind him helping her, or if it was true kindess. " Don't worry young one, I mean you no harm, I only wish to help you." Sess murmered softly as he brushed a few strands of hair out of her eyes. Kyana flinched a little, still nervous and afraid for her safety. Sess gazed into her eyes, and gently placed a hand on her shoulder. " I promise you, I will not harm you. I want to help you, and make sure that those who did whatever they did to you get what they deserve." He whispered as Kyana shook with fear under his touch.
"My...fam..ily...." She said, her voice trembling, tears welling in her eyes as she looked at him. "Shhhhh, it's ok, you're safe now, and the people who hurt your family will pay, I promise you." Sess said quietly as he pulled her into his arms and gently rocked her back and forth. "Sess, who is that?" A young man asked, as he walked up to them. The young man looked almost like Sess, except he didn't have the face markings, and his eye's were a lighter gold color. Sess looked up and held a finger to his lips. " Her name is Kyana, and something happened to her and her family, I found her passed out in the woods and brought her here." Sess whispered to his younger brother. "Yasha, what's going on?" A girl with long black hair asked as she walked up behind him. Kyana stirred, and slowly opened her eyes, then started to shake with fear again and tried to get away from Sess.
"It's ok Kyana, they are friends and family, they won't do you any harm." He told her gently as he started to introduce everyone. "This is my younger brother Inuyasha, but everyone calls him Yasha. That is his girlfriend Kagome, and my friend Miroku and his girlfriend Sango. This little guy here is Shippo, a fox demon and that's Kirara, a demon cat. As for me, my full name is Sesshoumaru, but everyone calls me Sess or Sesshy. This is Jaken, my adivsor so to speak, and Rin, who has followed me since I rescued her." Sess told her softly as everyone said hi to her. Kyana nodded to everyone, her eyes still full of fear as she clung to Sess, afraid if he left her side, it would all be a dream she would wake up from and find herself still in the woods or worse.
Sess gently rubbed her back as he motioned for Rin to come to him. "Yes Lord Sesshoumaru?" Rin asked cheerfully as she smiled at Kyana. "Rin, get her something to drink and eat please." Sess asked her as he gently rubbed Kyana's back. Rin nodded and went to the kitchen and poured Kyana a glass of orange juice and fixed her a dish of fried rice and vegetables, then came back into the living room and handed it to her. Kyana smiled softly and bowed her head. "Thank you Rin." She answered as she slowly ate the food and drank the orange juice. Once Kyana finished, Sess looked at her, then at the others. "Are you ready to tell us what happened?" Yasha asked gently, knowing what Sess was wanting.
Kyana sighed and nodded, then slowly started to speak, her voice full of fear, anguish and sadness. "It started as a normal day, I had gone to the store for mother, and father was at work. My little brother Kai was still at school. I came home and helped mother put the groceries away, then helped her cook supper. Once father and Kai had come home, we all sat down for dinner and that's when it all started. There was a loud crash, like glass breaking that came from the upstairs. Mom told me to take Kai and hide, so I did. The next thing I knew, I heard mother and father screaming, then silence. I slowly came out of hiding, but told Kai to stay put. Mother and father were........they had been killed, but whatever did it wasn't human, the blood, so much blood. I ran back to get Kai, but he was gone, so I started calling for him, and that's when they came after me. I started running, pushing myself as hard as I could, I knew Kai was already gone, and knew I had to get out of there to avenge them. They managed to injure me though as I was running through the woods." Kyana started sobbing and wrapped her arms around herself, that's when Yasha and Sess finally noticed the smell of fresh blood. Sess had ignored it before because he thought it was the smell of blood from her family.
Sess motioned for Yasha to come to him as he slowly lifted up the back of Kyana's shirt and gasped when he saw the long deep gash that ran down her back. "Kyana, no wonder you are so pale. Kagome, fetch me some hot water. Sango get bandages and medicine. Rin, ointment please." They all hurried through the house to get what Sess demanded and came running in putting it all beside him. "Yasha, hold her, this will hurt." Sess told his brother. Yasha went to the front of Kyana and wrapped his arms around her, while Kagome and Sango each took one of her hands. Sess gently ripped her shirt off, then started to clean the wound with the hot water. His heart almost tore in two when he heard Kyana cry out in pain

Sometimes people put walls up not to keep others out, but to see who cares enough to tear them down.
