    Rules

    1.  No cursing even if it isnt spelt right it still is cursing.

    2.  If you dont like a topic on the threads, dont post your dislike for that topic, it has no place thier.

    3.  If you have an issue with someone on the site, let me or Lobuk know about it.  Dont post your dislikes on the threads.

    4. No trolling, spamming or flaming on the threads.  If you do either me or Lobuk will give you one warning, if you dont heed that warning we will take further messures.

    5.  If you have another account, doesnt give you a right to disobey all the rules.  Just because someone doesnt know that screen name, trust me I already know who you are...

    6.  If someone sends you a PM that is unpleasent or rude to you, copy it and paste it in a PM to me and Lobuk and we will address the problem.

    7. No Advertising. This is a simple rule not many of you have to worry about. What this means is no advertising other forums in an attempt to steal forum members away from Sons of Sparda.

    8. Ban dodging. Also a simple rule next to none of you have to worry about. If you're banned on one account you're not allowed to dodge the ban by going to a different account. If we find this out the second account (or more, as the case may be) will also be banned.

    Re: Rules

Two more rules are being added that I've become aware of since becoming an Admin. They're being added to Kilina's post, but I'll say them in this post as well.

    Re: Rules

    Re: Rules

The 7th rule isn't against all adverticing. You can give links to pretty much all the sites and images that you want. But if someone comes along and says something along the lines of "Wow! Look at the new DMC forum I made! It's so much better then this site! You should all leave this site and sign-up now!" then it's illegal advertising.

    Re: Rules

Yeah, I know, there's been allot of accounts banned due to the eighth rule lately. Mostly due to the most recent inident in the Chat Room that I'm sure you're all aware of.

The eighth rule is among the most important not to break. Because it means you've already broken the rules enough to be banned and came back to continue doing so.

Almost none of the bans on the forum are permanent and have a set date when they expire (usually a month), by breaking the eighth rule all it does is make us decide to permanently remove your account.

    Re: Rules

So if I were banned I would wait a month and then I could come back on but within that month if I made a new account I could never come back on.

    I get it now. Thanks

    Re: Rules

Well, it depends. Ban times are set. It can go anywhere from one day to one month, depending on how bad and how many rules you've broken. Altough you can ussually expect a one month ban when you're banned here, because any ban that's only worth one day or one week probably ins't bad enough for a ban.

Anyway, like I said. The option goes anywhere from one day to one month, if it needs to be longer then there is one more option for permenant, then either you're gone for good, or until a Moderator decides to remove the ban.

    Re: Rules

So if I were to get banned I would have to wait for a mod to turn it off unless it is permanent.
