yea of course i agree with the other person , n plus they gotta cover the story on how nero got that devil arm lol , thats what i think part 5 is gonna be on

They have to make:

1 for Sparda's story which describes his fight against hell and what happened next(maybe 2).

1 for the events that happen between DMC4,DMC2.

1 were Nero tries to find his true identity and he asks the help of Dante fot that(watch the end of DMC4)

1 for what happens while Dante is in hell after DMC2

1 for the events after DMC2

1 for Vergil(wherever he might be).

Plus the movie(s), the other games which will use Dante(Viewtiful Joe,Nocturne),new novels and magnas,new animes.

All of this means almost 20 years of DMC.

I sure as hell hope there is a Devil May Cry 5, but the for the love of Sparda, please change the overall plot, and explain some things in this  DMC5..all the DMC's basically are about the same thing.

 

DMC1: Mundus opens a gate to hell to get Dante to come to his island so he can obtain the power of Sparda

DMC2: Arius gets Dante to obtain the Arcana's so he can become an immortal, and open the gate to hell

DMC3: Arkham uses Vergil and Dante's amulets along with the Force Edge to obtain the power of Sparda, and open the gate to hell

DMC4: The "Savior" is created and in doing so, they try to open a gate to hell.

 

Seriously, can we have a bit of variety for the DMC Series, not that I'm complaining, the games are friggin awesome, but in every game your trying to stop someone from taking over the world and opening the gate to hell.

How about this for DMC 5. an older looking male who also happens to use a sword comes to dante and tells him that he knew his father, sparda. The man claims his name is Addler, and proceeds to tell dante of a demons plot to steal spardas heart. Dante then goes to his fathers tomb to stop this from happening. when he gets there dante finds that the tomb is sealed, and only be opened with the blood of sparda. so dante spills his blood and opens the tomb. While in the tomb dante is confronted ny addler, who reveals his true purpose. Which was using dante to get into the tomb and steal spardas heart.It will also be revealed that addler is also a demon knight, who trained with sparda. However addler then turned on sparda, adn told the demon king of his plan to save earth. The two fight and dante seems to be the victor, however addler attacks dante from behind and pins him to the wall. Addler then steals spardas heart and uses it to gain his (spardas) power. He then seals dante in the tomb and goes to wreak havoc. at this point the player would take control of nero, who will try to stop addler, however nero is defeated, and forced to retreat. somehow nero will find dante, and since nero has the blood of sparda, he will be able to open the tomb. nero opens the tomb, dante is released, Dante kicks addlers ass. The end.

 I knew someone was gonna as me that, and I was just thinking about it, but at the moment nothing comes to mind, just something different, at the end of every game Dante seems to get a phone call saying he's got an important mission, one with a "password" how about a game on that? Dante had to get all those skulls scattered throughout the Devil May Cry shop somewhere, how about a game concerning the various missions he's taken, not just one major one like the rest of the games, and yes, I know the anime concerns that point, but we can't play the anime can we?

Indeed, hopefully something will be different in DMC5 that truly separates its from the rest, it will probably be another 3 years before it comes out..hmm, perhaps I'll write my own DMC5 fanfic, anyone got any ideas?
