Reuben Langden is handsome.

 Hes a close one for sure.

I never heard of the guy before this.

He might be right considering hes played action shots for Dante. But he seems a lttle delicate for Dante.

But he looks right in the dmc photos.

But he should only play either Dante or Vergil.

another man should play Vergil.

Maybe he is a little too sweet looking for Vergil. That said Vergil looks more delicate sometimes.

Perhaps Vergil.

Maybe the guy who played Cupid in Charmed could play Vergil.

I dont remember his name but he played the electric mutant in Mutant X, And he was in CSI last tuesday as the scientist who sold chemicals to a terrorist.He is handsome and dark.

Unless they are identical twins, two different people should not play Dante and Vergil. They are identical and its best to find an actor who can play both the roles very well.

 With all the fans it shouldn't be too hard to find someone who can play both, so all that's left is someone who looks like both.

Not me

They did it in the parent trap, they can do it now.

One actor, a body double or two. Super-imposed scenes, and faces depending on what type of scene it is.

fight scenes = body double with CGed face

conversations = super-impose the actor in shots with both characters. otherwise just shoot basic face shots separately.

Not hard at all.

Dante and Vergil are diferent people and they dont look the same.

And The Parent Trap and other films that use body doubles are rubbish. I dont know why they dont just get two people cos the amount spent on all that pissing around with shots is more than another actors wages.

 They need two distictly diferent men to play Dante and Vergil.

Dante is chilled out and happy most of the time.

and Vergil is intense and cool and dark.

Thay need to look diferent. Be diferent men.

Important things being that they are gorgous,talented and right for the roles.

I saw aguy on CSIMiami on Five last night. A repeat. He played the roguish agent who Calleigh gets involved with.I didnt get his name but he would make a good Vergil cos he is kinda dark and ambiguous.

I think you are both underestimating an actor's ability to play two completely different characters.

You want me to send you a demo reel of me doing Vergil and Dante? I've been told I look like them..Though I don't look 18 darn it...lol..I look younger than I am.

My point is, its possible.

AND Dante and Vergil DO NOT LOOK DIFFERENT!

The only difference is their hair. But once Vergil's hair is down, they look the same.

I'm sorry, but I won't settle for anything less simply because that's the way it is!

Either get twins to play them, or use CG.

CG and camera angles make it possible, and I've done it before with angles using a WEBCAM

Yeah, so I posted the subject of whther or not Vergil and Dante are identical twins in IGN's DMC forums

 though they don't all agree that Dante and Vergil are identical, or fraternal (yet identical looking) twins...most agree that Vergil and Dante look NEAR, if not COMPLETELY alike

Van damme could play Dante sooo goooood!!! But sadly he is now 47 years old....damn

 

I seriously dont know who can play Dante...but van damme would be a seriously  great role to play Dante...

I agree they need good martial artists to play both Dante and Vergil.

But not Van Damm or Seagal. They are so very epically wrong.

They can both be good on their own films. but they arnt that good as actors.

they should look to Italy or Europe or Russia or Romania or somewhere.

The actor from Ong Bak,Tony Jai is from Thailand. He isnt so very far form Dante.Dante being Japanese looking in most things.

That guy is great. He does the most extreme stunts. And little to no cgi.
