The XIVth Century, Europe. A mantle of darkness spread quickly through the contintent’s territory in the form of famines and plagues. At such rate, society would eventually slip into oblivion, countless lives lost.
Caelan Belmont, suspecting the cause of such calamities transgressed mere illness and affliction, set it upon himself to find the true source of the maladies and put an end to it. Guided by intuition and aided by fate, Caelan soon found a lair of such hatred and malice, it seeped into the very land surrounding it, corrupting and withering everything on its path...
...the name of that place is Castlevania.
The Roman Catholic Church, acknowledging such threat, decided to make a call for the bravest and strongest warriors in the land to deal with the heresy that Castlevania very existence represents.
Some will fight for faith, others will fulfill their own ambitions, and others will fight to bring down mankind.
The battle for dominion of the eternal night begins...

Okay, so for those unfamiliar with the Castlevania series, here’s a quick overview of what it’s all about.
“The Castlevania series is about a war between the enchanted family of the Belmonts (originally "Belmondo") and Dracula. Almost every hundred years, Dracula is resurrected and it is up to the Belmonts to defeat him before he unleashes his wrath on the entire world.” – (Wikipedia)
Now, about the RP, let’s go to the sign up requirementes and rules (yeah, no anarchy here, sorry)
First, the character profile. For this RP, I will give an example of how to make it with my character’s profile. Yours doesn’t have to be exactly like this one, remember it’s just a guideline. Any additional info you might like to add is always welcome:
Name: Caelan Belmont
Age: 25
Gender (just to make sure): Male
Race (humans may be too boring for some): Human
Physical Description: Brown hair, mediumly long combed in layers with noticeable bangs and a small ponytail. Green eyes. Athletic complexion without being too buffed. About 6 feet high. Wears a white long coat over a black shirt-like mesh that bears the depiction of a white cross, pale bluish pants and black boots.
Preferred Method of Combat: Skilled in the ways of throwing weapons. Manly uses his family’s heirloom whip, the Vampire Killer, to engage the enemy.
Background Story (just a preview of who your character is): Heir to the Belmont’s cursed bloodline, he’s compelled to fight the forces of evil each time these should arise from their slumber in the darkest crevices of humanity.
Now, the rules for an enjoyable RP are simple:
1.- No using other people’s characters without their approval. This includes dialogues and actions. This rule will be overlooked ONLY if the player breaks rules #2 and/or #3.
2.-Make a post at least once a week. Unless you’re going to be abscent for a while (which you can PM me to inform) any character that doesn’t participate in the RP after the week period will be killed off.
3.-No invincible, almighty characters. Those will recieve a fate even worse than #2’s killing offs. (I bet curiosity will make some idiot make his character omnipotent just to see what happens, he he he)
4.- You can device any sub-plot as long as you stick to the main plot.
5.-You can choose whether to be good, neutral, or on Dracula’s side. Do not specify this on your character profiles, as I bet some would rather take advantage of the element of surprise. (trust no one, for it could be a foe, he he he)
