Quite funny about Halo 3, before its release everyone was like, "Oh my God Halo 3 it's gonna be the best game ever! Can't wait for the game!", then all of a sudden, just a couple of weeks later people are saying "Halo 3 wrecked my Xbox! RRoD killed my 360 'cause I played Halo 3! Halo 3 raped my cat!" and so on an so forth. As far as I'm concerned I'm not going to touch this game with a barge pole, I'm not gonna waste another 250 quid for some overhyped game, just waste it on a PS3. At least it's more productive.

xD i dont know wer ur getting that from, the most iv heard is the disc got scratched and now they can play some of the maps, but ya the Online Multiplayer is the big main attraction to Halo 3 which i think is maybe the best online multiplayer for a console but if you buy the new maps the first day they come out it will take a little longer to find a online match. Also one of the big things with Halo 3 is the Forge were you build your own map (with a limmited budget) which i have some pretty cool ones

Maybe also thier Xbox is ruined isnt working is cuz they got the Ring of Fire (red ring around the Xbox360 circle) that just means they over heated it so they should either turn it off when they aint playing it or buy an Intercooler

The way I see it is Halo is a success only because of the multiplayer. There are plenty of other good shooters with much better stories. The multiplayer is quite unique though. (Oddball, Swords, Zombie,etc.

lol im guessing you dont know much about halo? well either play all the games or you could read the books. Youll find it really has an amazing story i dont want to ruin it for you tho

I read all the books and played all games. I mean the story has its moments but I wish there was more depth to the main character (MC). Also I wish there was more depth to the universe of Halo.

Well you just werent as attracted to the story as some ppl which is OK but you maybe just didnt get as much of info out of it as i did. Like after playing Halo: Combat Evolved, i thought i knew John prety well but in Fall of Reach you read about the whole other side of Master Chief. Also alot of more past info on the Spartan Program, Cortana, and so on. im sorry for this big post lol. ive only gotten to the 3rd book and i think the story line is great but after the "Flood" by William C. Dietz (im not sure but he may have also have written The Ring Worlds which from my fathers point of view is basicly the Halo Rings) you really dont stick with Master Chief. IM NOT GOING TO SAY ANYMORE FOR SOMEONE WHO MAY BE INTERESTED AND WONT WANT IT SPOILED ><
