Story

 

Centuries ago...before a man defied fate and brought down an empire with the blaze of revenge, there was war...and chaos. Mankind’s struggle for survival was never harsher, facing the greatest threat to their existence as of yet; creatures blessed with gifts beyond those of humans, entities of light and dark known as the Fiends.

 

Humanity’s only hope, a clan of warriors bred and raised to face off against the demonic beings, is all that stands in the way between victory and eradication; those whose names have been spoken only as the Heirs of the Dragon Lineage.

 

Now, the battle rages on. The clash of steel and resolve...the glory of honor and sacrifice...dark secrets of ill intent...all awaits in the path set ahead, sealed in blood and carved by destiny.

Now, the character profile. I’ll give an example of how to fill a character’s profile. Yours doesn’t have to be exactly like this one, remember it’s just a guideline. Any additional info. you might like to add is always welcome:

Name: Seiken Hayabusa (Sei for short)

Gender: Male

 

Physical Description:  He’s missing his right eye, across which runs a vertical scar from his forehead down to his cheekbone. He also has hazel colored hair combed with stylish bangs on the front, rather spiky and wild at the back of his head. Gray-toned green eyes and a somewhat muscular, athletic complexion. Lastly, he wears a black-bluish leathery ninja suit with no sleeves and several straps scattered throughout to hold kunais and other weapons.

 

Preferred Method of Combat: Is knowledgable and skilled with several types of weapons and hand to hand  combat, but prefers the use of kunais and a sword mainly.

 

 Background Story: Recently proclaimed leader of the Dragon Lineage, Sei is a strong willed young man. His attitude is cool and precise and is always looking for the well-being of the other clan members.

Now, the rules for an enjoyable RP are simple:

 

0.- Read the “The Breakster Teaches how to RP (the right way)” thread. This is to ensure you know how to make posts for the RP and what is required from a player to make this a fun experience for everyone.

 

1.- No using other people’s characters without their approval. This includes dialogues and actions. This rule will be overlooked ONLY if the player breaks rules #2 and/or #3.

 

2.-Make a post at least once every 5 days. Unless you’re going to be abscent for a while (which you can PM me to inform) any character that doesn’t participate in the RP after the 5-day period will be killed off.

 

NOTE: A person who’s character has been killed off can always come back into the RP with another character if she/he wishes. Characters dispatched by the effects of breaking a rule stay dead, no exceptions.

 

3.- No god-modding, invincible, and/or almighty characters. These will be overlooked in the RP and their posts will be deleted.

 

4.- You can device any sub-plot you wish as long as you stick to the main plot and don’t slow down the story.

 

That’s it, those are all the rules.

 

We’ll start as soon as 4-5 players have signed up and I open the story thread.

Hair: Long to the small of her back, white-blonde, bone straight, layered and thick, bangs parted at the right and cut lightly at the chin and cheeks.
Height/Weight: 5' 1" / 105lbs.
Other: Gold tinted skin, small/nimble build

Basic clothes ~~~>

Preferred Method of Combat: Mostly her magick, also blades of most sorts; particularly smaller daggers and butterfly knives that are lightweight, plentiful and easily maneuvered. Though, has been known to carry a katana on her back. She prefers speed, wit and stealth as her greatest weapons.

Background Story: Little is known about her as of yet other than her origin; the Falcon Lineage. It is rumoured that they possess a great power, often accused of yielding "black magick", but as much is known about the Falcons as there is about the girl herself.

Physical Description

Shun wears a two piece plack mask, his eyes white/grey like his hair,, and often comes across as blind for this. his top mask piec carries the Grace, wind, and Coureg Kanji. he wears a tight grey shirt with a Vest filled with Items. aswell as baggy dark pants with white flames at the bottem.

Preferred Method of Combat:

Shun uses many weapons, he tries to hone his skills on as many weapons as posible. his combat style is quick and fluent, he prefers to use his over sized Shruken (Named after the wind the Shruken always returns to his hand), Glaive (Named courage, he uses the large glaive in melee, though the dagger blades lineing it can be fired in a fan way, and reloaded later.)a Tanto (named Grace this blade, just as perficiant in range, can be directed in mid flight If you have seen house of flying daggers you will know what I mean).And. another Katana, Named Hasegawa(all families in the Eagle crown clan must make one blade themself. and it is named after there last name) The Katana is completely harmless, the blade end cannot cut, though stabbing is still leathal, the blade, when struck againsed another, causes it to vibrate, makeing it hard to keep a hold on. the blade was designed to Disarm peoepl, rather then send them to quick demise...  he also carries a plethora of Darts Caltraps, a few Grapples. and last, but not least, Darts with long flat ends on them, used for stepping on. Wich he uses to scale walls with, if there is no place to use the Grapple.

 

 Background Story

Shun comes from the Huzrigachi house of the eagle crown clan. Wishing to become Kami in this clan, At the age of fifteen, he was sent out on a five year missian, and when he treturns, he will be judged if he is worthy of Kami or not, his actions monitered by other Huzrigachi memmbers.

With this , Shun has been takeing on a plethora of big jobs, moast being assasination. he sets out to elimonate the demoni activity, wich would surely ern his place to be Known as Kami, and gain him the Honer of wearing a Eagle crown.

Name: Asano Kami

Gender: Male

Physical Description:  Straight, long black hair, that reaches to his lower back. Grey eyes, that change to a crimson red when angered. Athletic, though it doesn't appear so, because of his method of dress. He wears a traditional hakama, he has slits throughout his clothes and body, due to his excessive injuries. He yields an ordinary katana that was given to him a year before his father departed, and swore to amend for that fatal incident.

Preferred Method of Combat: He prefers using his mind over his sword. Although he doesn't hold back, when there is something against his moral standards, or when innocent people get involved. He has slain countless men with his bare hands and sword, he mainly uses violence when there is no other solution, or beneficial cause.

Background: Asano is a misguided young man, often discouraged about his upbringing. His family had served for countless years to the powerful regional families, but after a severe accident which caused his family great shame, now are unheard of.  After his father departed, he set to find a new life for himself, he strongly disagreed with society's moral standards and ravaged on finding solitude.

He has a loner type of personality, and has trouble finding dependency on others over himself, although that is something he will have to learn if he wants to avenge his family.

Physical Description: Well built and standing at an imposing 6 feet, Shuto is very physically fit and his cold grey eyes chill the hearts of all who look into them. He wears a chainmail undershirt and skin-tight slacks under lightweight, black scale armour. He keeps his long black hair tied in a ponytail and a scarf connected to his scale mail keeps his mouth concealed. The end of this scarf trails down his back to the base of his spine.

 

Preferred Method of Combat: A trained ninja, Shuto prefers to off his marks silently but is able to hold his own against multiple enemies. His primary weapons are a katana and a pair of wakizashi with a black cloth wrapped around the handles for a more comfortable grip. The end of this material hangs free as an aesthetic touch. The katana is sheathed along Shuto's back, with the wakizashi sheathed side by side on his left hip.

 

For long-range engagements, Shuto uses a large kunai attached to a retracting chain. The chain is housed in a container at Shuto's hip and automatically retracts. He can flip a switch to lock the chain in place when he wishes to wield the kunai as a weapon in its own right; with the chain at a fixed length, he can swing the kunai around to keep a target off-balance or to engage multiple opponents.

 

Background Story: A natural born killer, the death of Shuto's parents turned the young boy into a remorseless assassin who knew no emotion or mercy. His only concern was for his missions, which he completed with unsurpassed precision and skill. He wished for only one thing in life; to hunt down and slay his parents' murderer and cut down anyone who stood in his way.

 

The varying missions he undertook conditioned him into the ice-cold ninja he has become; he once went on three seperate hunts to get close to his intended mark, killing the man's wife and two children to get to him. The way of the ninja is all he has ever known and all he ever will know.
