    Assassin's Creed

Okay this game has been getting mixed review ever since it's reared it's face onto the scene. I for one have the game, and I'm impressed as of right now. Been a bit to busy to really get into the game, but by the end of this upcoming weekend I should be able to give my in-depth view of the game. The reason for creating this thread was to get the opinions of people (and possibly give a few mini reviews) about this game, or any questions you have about the game if you are still wondering if this is the right game for you.

PS: Please try not to spoil this game for other... make sure you add spoiler tags if you feel it is needed to speak about the story.

    Re: Assassin's Creed

Oookay! I pre-ordered AC's limited edition several weeks before it got out. I got the game two days ago and I'm impressed. The limited edition box, the artbook and bonus dvd are really good. Before I played the game, I read the review on IGN. I was pissed off after that and especially that they rated the game(7.5/10) when I consider the reviews they had before, it's kind of contridicitng. I love the game, I managed to assassin 3 men already. The cities...each have their own stucture and they are really big! Interaction with crowd is just the same we saw on the trailers, videos etc. The graphics are 10/10...No one can make me believe that AC sucks and I'm a diehard fan(since I started to count down when 47 days was left for the release lol) But I am not going to ignore the negatives in the game and be a fangirl either. Honestly, there are some point thats I didnt want to see. I dont want to spoil anything for the ones who didnt get to play yet. But what we should learn at the end of the game is revealed at the beginning of the game. It's the only thing that I agreed on IGN's review. It's just like telling Bruce Willis that he's a ghost at the beginning of the Sixth Sense. And another thing is the game is supposedly "repetitive" (this is what IGN said) and till now since I killed 3 different men, it was quite right, yet fun. But I dont know what's gonna happen since I have 6 men to kill anyways. If you like this game, dont hesitate and buy it dont listen to what others say about it. Because when I start to play, I cant get myself out of it and I play at least 6 hours straight!!! it's awesome! hmmm and I give 9/10 generally ;)

I finished the game about a week ago and I really enjoyed it. The storyline and gameplay totally rocked, but the ending was downright dissapointing -_- It feels like too many questions are left unanswered

nah, I think ending was pretty awesome even though we kinda didnt have a clue of what was really going on. Like you said, A LOT of questions were left but actually it means there are  A LOT of material for AC2 I'm sure in the second game everything will make sense ;]

AC rocks, the graphics rock even more, gameplay... also great

BUT.... the game is repetitive as hell.... thi is the one and only bad thing about AC imo

Me, I find the whole runnin'-jumpin'-and-stabbin'-some-"poor"-archer-in-the-neck thing fun!

Assassin's Creed is a kick ass game, no doubt. Can't wait for the inevitable sequel.......

    We will see,
    We'll fight until eternity.
    Come with me,
    We'll stand and fight together.
    Through out strength,
    We'll make a better day.
    Tomorrow we shall
    Never surrender.......

    Re: Assassin's Creed

The environment is a very good factor, there is nothing better than getting to highest point in the game and looking down on the city and realizing none of it is backdrop it's all accessable!
