Are you sure I think he's Vergil's son cause that would make him a descendant of sparda and it explains why he got the yamato sword and why he looks so much like Dante and Vergil and why that demon glowing thingy looks like nelo angelo unless Nero got one of them fragments too also it just more interesting I mean Sparda having another son and it just became lost nobody knew about nor even hinted at a third brother. Im hoping he's not Dante's brother that just BS no matter what way you put it just cliche and isnt really interesting And Dante's son is just lame I mean dante having a son and he doesnt know about.

Could be! Vergil doesn't seem the type to procreate, but regardless, I based the confirmation on the fact an earlier spoiler said he was a brother, and this confirms he has Sparda blood. Good catch though ;)

We don't know if sparda is dead. He might just been dissapeared. But Vergil could be Nero's father if the theory of the demon blood stands. If it doesn't then there is no way cause both Dante n Vergil would be 10-13 when Nero was born. But if u think maybe it isn't some blood relation that connects Nero with Sparda. As DexterXS said before about the Order taking the soul fragments of Nelo Angelo, maybe Nero got Vergil's uncorrupted soul (they got his servent to Mundus soul but Nero took his true soul). Cause if Nero was Sparda's son then they could use him from the very begining (remember when the priest says that at first he wanted to absurb Dante but circumstances changed n he can use Nero now?). Maybe the priest is talking to Vergil's soul which is in the body of Nero.

Not a big surprise. We already saw it back at the shop behind Dante when Trish took it. And don't be so sure. Maybe we can use it when having Nero inside the silver giga. It may even be an unlockable which replaces Rebellion for Dante with a costume if there are any.
