Yavanna@ Well first i took the picture and make it smaler,then i took the paint tool chalk and put the blood on the sword,after that,i played a little with the colors to find the blue i wanted,then i get to the special effects to put the rain, #1 and #3 and in the end i put the moon to make it look COOL!!!!
p.s.Can you send me a link with photoshop tutorials my bro wants it ,its really a big need
he also wants to know how can he make police lines and other stuf like that.
