i have not been to the stillshrine in a long time but i don't  think level  27 will  be  enough   try  training  in  the  parmina  rift

is what i think it is called you should be at least 35 just to be safe good luck

a good place to train is the paramina rift be at least level 35 

as for the stillshrine  it is a maze you need the guide I made it through by luck i don't remember how i ll 

get back to you on it

going on hunts usually  raise  your level but you can get useful items that can help dramatically

err...no i dont think so...what rank is he?

i don't  really  know  what rank he is but you find him in the lushu mines he has a sword from almost every ff game plus once you beat him he runs
