hey guys i went back to playing dmc1 cuz i can't get dmc4...and i started to play hard...i can't beat the 2 shadows on mission 5...any help?

if i'm right, you're talking about right after nelo angelo. i think one of them starts off in the spinning attack. just dodge out of the way of it. crush them with E&I while you're safe and then DT with alastor and stinger about three times so they turn red. now's the fun part, jump, roll, dodge in some way like no other because if they catch you they'll explode taking like 3/4 of your health. they'll blow up on their own after a while. once you've killed both of them, you should know what to do.

havent tried it yet...i'll get back to ya when i do...oh and i know i'll have problems in the sewer mission where you fight that guy with the scizzors...so if ya can give me a stratagy for him to...thanks zeno

You could always do what I do when going up agains a Shadow or two.

Just use the grenade-launcher-and-roll  tactic, then go DT with Ifrit and super speed their core.

Its works liike a charm against the two of them. At least it did for me. Just make sure that you dodge around for a little while untill the one thats about to die explodes so that you don't lose a chunk of life.

the death scissors? thats a tough one for me as well. the only real advise is to stay in the air, but when he starts spinning, dodge at no end cause every attack from that comes from off screen.

ok i finally got up the courage to try and take on those shadows and..well...i got my ass kicked

just gotta memorize their movements. and keep them in sight. they should drop green orbs upon death.

The best thing to do is to focus on one at a time, and blast the hell out of it. Also, air raid is very effective and even damages the core. if they try the dart attack, avoid and try to jump on it. it freezes them for a little while . sting while in dt mode is also very effective
