yea...dt is right pal........we hav to know if dante made it out of hell in human form or demon form. staying in hell for that long would certainly change his personality, i guess he will be more uptight than b4. Capcom better dont screw dis up for us.

i think dante knows vergil is in the DB. remember when he hit nero on the arm with the rebellion....it was kinda weird why the DB responded to the rebellion and released its true potentials. Beside that while nero was punching the hell out of dante,,,,his hand was kinnda of changing to its demon form state, but dante controlled it...i think his demon blood was responding to the DB. When dante left the scene of their first fight he said "although i suspect you carry something different from the others..........u will get to know the meaning soon enough but right now business beckons"   so i think he is aware of vergil presence.

hold that thought there joe, think about it. Not everything is a reaction to the DB. Sure its important in the game but, a half demon (especially one as expeirenced as Dante with his DT) would be able to control it. The glitching change could just be a natural instict of the DT to take place when dante is in need of it because, well, lets face it, Dante wasnt prepared for a beating from a young adult like Nero, especially a person in a sling! To Dante, Nero was just a brat with an attitude issue and a gun. That might make Dante's control of his DT less because he didnt think he would need it. And if he was aware of a Demonic presence in Nero there isnt much that he can tell that it would be Virgil. After the fight DEFINATLY, before the fight no way... im not bashing your theory im just putting out evidence. And theres no way you can say that Rebbelion made the DB unlock its potential.

Well, if we're already bored to death by DMC4 then I might as well post. I'm not quite sure why as I haven't even played the game yet. *Sigh...*

I'm just gonna say this as simply as I possibly can - MAKE A SEQUEL. Enough of the "before the disaster" crap, Capcom should pull its finger out and carry on with the series. Sure, they screwed up a little with DMC2, in fact it wasn't even that bad, and yet they can't seem to face the fact that they have to learn from their mistakes. If they make another prequel or a remake of the second installement, I go nuke.

I personally think that DMC 2 is going to be declared noncanon with a bunch of "this will happen between DMC 1 and DMC 2" and DMC 4 hints towards this as well, same goes for the creators of the series. Again this is what I think. I also thought DMC 2 was not that bad, especially since it had the most powerful DT in the entire series. (Desperation DT for those of you don't know.)

Yeah thats true that do have a lot to cover and all but me and a few friends were talking about it and we have read all about the history of devil may cry games, and we have come up with a storyline that would make devil may cry 5 pretty good, [well i think it would anyway] well basicly Neros so called Devil Trigger is obviously Nelo Angelo, who is of course Vergil, [Forced into Nelo Angelo by Mundus and used as a puppet] And yes they are going to have to continue with Nero and his story for the next one, so we were thinking, what if this Devil Arm of Neros is just the start of it all, what if it slowly takes over his body if you listen closely to the scene where he firsts gets hold of Yamato, Nero says "...a voice echoed inside me it said, more...give me more power" and if you all know Vergils story, he wanted more power all the time, he was power hungry, he longed to live up to his fathers power and rep, so we think that maybe Vergils soul is some how connected with the Yamato or Neros Devil Trigger and the more he uses it the stronger Vergils soul will get and he will just wait and wait until he is ready and try to completely take over Nero. So yeah thats our theory for the next game.

But if Vergil got yamato back, and took over Nero, as purported, then wouldn't he end up with the same amount of power that he had previously whilst wielding the same sword? Where would the extra power come from? And think on it: Nero's arm is the source of the Devil Bringer, right? Well then, what would happen if the whole of Nero became like the arm? That's some strange DB!

It seems that the only way that Vergil could get more power is to either try to gain his amulet again or...  to steal the sparda sword from wherever Dante lets it end up. Unless, of course, they add in other humanoid demons, like Sparda, but not as great... even then it would be interesting... Either way, it would take a new introduction of demons to bring another source of ultimate power to Vergil - if he's even alive. And, if he isn't alive then... At least we still have Dante, right?!

Well one thing i know about vergil is that he hates humans or half breeds. Is bad enough to think that vergil, nelo angelo or whatever, is in the DB than to suggest that someday he will overpower nero who is human and become the driving force within him which i see as highly unlikely. If and only if vergil is the DB, then i believe after consuming enough power to substain himself he would break free from neros arm making the DB the thing of the past and vergil been reborn. Although i m certain he would not return as a human, afterall is what he wanted to give up his humanity to attain power. So lets say Dmc5 will be all about vergil trying to rediscover himself because due to memory lose (after all as nelo angelo he had a hard time remembering who he was and what reason he was fighting for) and settling the score once and for all with mundus and maybe dante could back him up or something. As for nero, he could go back been a lover boy or something like that....u all dig...

ok. I think DMC 5 should be about Dante and Nero again with some Vergil thrown in there. ok here my storyline goes. Kyrie is praying or whatever in the church thingy with Nero then the DB flashes and Nero turns into Devil Trigger. Nero is being controlled by Vergil for a brief instant and kills Kyrie. Nero wakes up and sees what he has done. He goes on a quest to to learn how to control himself, but Dante interferes and tries to stop Nero and take back Yamato. Nero is taken over by Vergil in DT and "Vergil" and Dante fight. While they are fighting Dante has flash-backs and remembers the fight on top of Temen-Ni-Gru. Dante DTs then Nero uses the DB to grab Dante in a full body grip. Dante struggles to get loose and "Vergil" laughs and says his power quote when he stabbed Dante in DMC 3. Nero remembers his quote about protecting Kyrie even if he becomes a demon and feels very sad. He takes control again and u know the DT flux? He does a ginormous one and the screen goes black. He wakes up and looks at his arm, its normal. Standing in front of Nero is Vergil holding Yamato. Dante is some distance away and says a funny one liner to Vergil. Vergil replies then the two charge at each other like the end of DMC 3. The screen goes black and the screen says "To Be Continued..."

That is my version of DMC 5.

i remeber they said that the order guys that dante and nero were fighting said they were looking for devil arms like the one nero has lady said it to dante sounds like something for another title maybe the devil arm would be vergil or something i realy want a new one to come out

I ain't back for real..... But rest assured, I'm still watching over this place.

If you all read the history of DMC in DMC4 you will find out that virgin was killed in the demon world when he was sealed there in DMC3 and his soul was put into the demon that dante fights 3 or so times in DMC1, i didnt play DMC1 through so i dont know if he kills that demon in the end but im fairly sure Virgil is either dead or a demon. so it is possable that he is the arm of nero in some way
