well.....i bet u're all experts.........i've only started playing dmc3 recently

 so...im kinda stucked in the chamber of echoes....well, yes ive defeated all the enemies there and got the astronomical board or something.....and ive put it in a clock(?) then aportal or watever it is has opened 4 the 2nd floor......but even if i jump....i cant seem to reach there im stuck......pls pls pls i beg u........help pls???? *falls on ur feet and starts worshipping*

ok i don't really pay attention to names so im a little confused but ill give it a shot. if the portal is in a high area, which i dont ever remember seeing at any point in the game, there would be som possible platforming envolved. im sure thats not the case though. if the portal is in the air, then maybe double jump into it because your first jump may be completely verticle, and not enough to get into the portal. if its on the ground, i would try pressing the same button you use to open doors, though i dont remember that ever doing anything except maybe later in the game. thats really the only thing i can think of right now. if you can give me better detail of the room to help me remember, i should have a better answer.

BEFORE I BEGING PLEASE (ANYONE) FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME IF I MADE ANY MISTAKE ON ANY OF THE INFO I GAVE FREAK..please and thank you...

 

dude i think that wasn't a portal...if memory servers me right that was a barrier(if you will) that slid up at the second floor...and there's a shiny thing there right... that's called the Vajura...(if i named it right...pls feel free to correct me if i'm wrong you guys...)

you can reach that by simply going up to the second floor and geting it then return to the Blue door again the one that you first went into then place the Vajura in to the slot up in the second floor..(this is in the same room) to open the huge cage blocking the stairs to get the Soul of Steel so you can walk on air...

now go back to the back up some levels to where the door broke when you first walked on it...by this time you won't fall becuase you possess Soul of Steel..you can walk the gap.

insert Soul of Steel in to recess to open the door..and make sure to destroy the statue to the right(i think) to get the Blue Orb..enter the next room..there's a secret mission there...the one with the face statue lighted in red...enter it for Secret Mission 2: The Untouchebles...the key is to not take a single damage..after completing the mission hit the rune clock and ride the flatform up.

make sure to get all the orbs placed/floating on the ceiling and plus the on on the broken pillar just outside the the room that you went out of...had down the stairs and smash everything that you think can be destroyed...

head to the Divinity statue and prepare yourslef for a Boss fight..Agni and Rudra...

OMG...that was like a walkthrough...lol (Blackhealer lays herself back on the chair takes a deep breath)
