Thread says it all. Let's just say i love the lil quote and pics of Dante and Vergil when you do finish it with them. And also having Super Vergil and Super Dante mode is a must i believe.

You're right Lobuk. And it shouldn't take long Kilina. Use the water vortex until level 9 then use lighting until level 99 then use fire vortex.

It does take a while. I ussually took breaks in between, like every 1000 levels. But when you get up the higher levels like 8000 or 9000, it pays to just play through. If you're in the zone before then you don't really wanna risk losing the mood and having to fight un-prepared.

Weird thing is i haven't made it to 9,999 in DMC 2 (Is there even 9,999 levels in that game?). Who do you fight in that level? And do you unlock anything?

I've beaten it with The Legendary Dark Knight so far.  I like how both the sky and floor change every 1000 floors; helps to allievate the monotony of battling in a static arena.

I got to level 8,200 yesterday.  Ouchies.  I got done by 3 reapers, who all did three sweeps, and I just didn't have what it takes.  I can do them if I get a head start if there's one, then two, then three.. but this time they all appeared pretty much at the same time and I got bummed.

Well if you mean as regular Dante/Vergil no. Only Super Dante/Super Vergil. Me and my friends had a contest to see who could get it done faster. I WON!!!

I managed to get that far with standard Vergil, but I've only manage 7,000 n somethin' with Dante, it was Rudra with both the swords that got me......
