I have never ever been able to play Bloody Palace as well as I play it with Dante, with Vergil. And with bloody good reason too, because to be honest I find Vergil a pain in the ass to handle. He has great moves but his style just suck. I mean, really, teleport? I never needed to teleport with Dante so why with Vergil? I know in Devil May Cry 1 and 2 it had none of these styles but with the third game it is a completely different story. The game is designed to make it hard for you to complete without using it's extra set of special moves WHICH you have to earn so that when it comes to playing the game again you play it with a little more ease but on a harder difficulty setting. Vergil could have had an extra set of KICK ASS, noticed how I emphasised the KICK ASS part? That's because I really mean, a huge set of KICK ASS moves. But no, just teleport and that is it. Ghey!

What do you consider to be the most powerful weapons in the game? I favour Agni n Rudra or Beowulf with Rebellion, and then Spiral and E&I.

Got to level 8,001 with Vergil.  But more importantly, I just got SS on all missions on Hard Mode with Dante!  Woo!  I know that's off topic, but I didn't want to make an entirely new thread just to say that.  Got missions 11 and 12 left with Vergil before I've done all of Hard Mode SS with him too.

lol, Well ive ONLY been able to get to 9,999 floor.

I did beat it with Vergil, and without his super outfit. I used reguler ol Vergil. His teliportation, or "Phase" is ment to evade attacks. when thoes wiches with the large scyths start teliporting and spinning the scyth around, i usually Tap O and Vergil will disapeer, just before he is struck by the blade.

Vergil also has a weapen select of 3 rather than Dante's 2. wich also gives him a slight advantage =D, IMHO, however there the only weapons he has lol.

somthing I use rarely but it did help out. is Vergils Yamoto Taunt. wich if held down and you taunt the foe correctly, a black/purple auae imits from Vergil and his DT regains rapidly.

The only things I remmember giveing me a hard time with Vergil, was the White Spiders (dont know why, but I suck at killing them... supose cause im useing Beowolf.) the Doppleganger (wtf every one says he's so easy, but I am terrble fighting him.) and I THAUGHT Arkham would give me a hard time... but... Yamoto+Fishies= SSSTyalish.

it took me 2:12:22 to beat XD.....

I you just have to beat it with either Dante or Lucia. I think I unlocked it but I'd gotten tired of retrying to beat the BP It was so annoying.
