Hi, I think I know what you mean. You just need to walk through again the way you went before. There is a bus / coach in there, and on top of that there is a door way, the same door you went through first time. You walk through a corridor, past a statue, and into the room at the end, where you need to use the object to be able to fight the boss, and then that's the end of the mission.
