I can answer your question. And it's Mission 7 you're referring to.

At the beginning, in the Heavenrise Chamber, you have to drop all the way to the bottom and go through the door. It takes you into the Divine Library. You'll find the Orihalcon Fragment under one of the Damned Pawns. Once you have it, the barrier over the door disappears, but the Pawns will attack you. Leave the room and go to the very top of the Heavenrise Chamber. Go into the lift room, past the Lost Souls Chamber (or whatever it's called) and go up the stairs. Use the Orihalcon Fragment in the device at the top to power the elevator. At this point, make sure you have the Siren Shriek before you go down the elevator.

Blue Orbs automatically increase your lifebar when you obtain them. 4 Blue Orb Fragments make one Blue Orb, so keep collecting them as much as you can find.

Oh and you get the Doppleganger in mission 17.

YEA I GOT A QUESTION..IM PLAYIN DMC 3 RIGHT NOW AND ITS ABOUT MISSION 7..I NEED HELP IN THE LIFT ROOM WHERE U HAVE TO PUT THE ORIHALCON FRAGMENT IN THE CONTROL PANEL..NOW I WAS JUST WONDERIN IF U HAVE TO SLASH AT THE COMBAT ADJUSTICATOR TO GET THE ELEVATOR TO WORK?.

No. Combat Adjudicators only get you Blue Orb Fragments. Where are you looking for the lift? It's in the room; you have to step into it before it will descend. It should take you down into the Chamber of Echoes.

hi i neeed help in mission 16 you see you have to get two item the sun thing and moon thing and i have the sun thing but somehow i cant get moon piece or what so ewer i need to smash two ball in time but there is no effect!!!it always go up before it ewen start preaking down!what should i do!!!!!

Hmm... If I remember correctly, the Samsara is found in the room with that big hourglass contraption, and I believe it can manipulate time and space. I think you have to take it into the room with the mirrors. Once you're inside, you have to place the Samsara in the carving on the wall. The portal you came through will then take you to the End of the Road.

You won't get stuck. Unless you've done it already, be warned; you're about to fight Arkham. Best three cutscenes in the game, IMO.
