You just see an extended version of the last cutscene by beating 100+ demons with dante(what happened to vergil after the drop)

With vergil you just see the typical "congratulations, you killed over 100 demons!!!

You get new costumes by beating the game in higher difficulties, or by using the cheat.

You get a blue orb fragment for every secret mission you beat.

There are no costumes hidden in the cutscenes, but ascending numbers(from 1 to 20)

You can summon the spiral swords whenever you want, but: You need at least 2 dt runes, and you have to hold the fire button for 2 secs.

 

To bloody palace: I would recommend agni & rudra and beowulf combined with spiral and ebony & ivory. And a fighting style you like.

At floor 9999 you fight vergil 3 again (don't think I'm good, my record without super corrupted vergil outfit is 5500)

but there are no new bosses.

On Mission 9, above the statue there is the blue orb fragment.  But how are you meant to get it with Vergil?  I tried for quite a long time then got frustrated, I can't figure out what he has that could get him in there.  This doesn't really matter of course, I already finished the game on all modes, and getting SS ranks involves not getting hit anyway!  But it'd be nice to have a full energy bar.

EDIT: As nobody here has got it either, I had a look on youtube and someone has posted a video about blue orbs, which includes the one that we're all stuck on, so hopefully that'll help you all out too:

I haven't actually got this orb myself, but I'd imagine you could jump, then jump off the wall and then trick up, or trick up then jump off the wall.

Yeah that's what I thought, but when I tried that didn't work for me.  The video shows him jumping against the wall below, kicking backwards off it, then in mid air doing the mid air slash with Yamato to turn round to face the entrance to the tunnel, then doing trick up to get in.  Without the mid air slash, Vergil is facing the wrong way, so trick up sends him further away, and trick down just takes him down to the ground again.

i got it with dante,next to it run up the wall,double jump then use trickster(sky star or somethin)but i have no idea how to get it with vergil.

i find geryon and doppalganger work but dont move your health up when in dt

i think maybe try trickster

good theres no new boss, but i might have wanted to fight one

i try cerberus but it has limits

im practicing my combos now,

sometimes its more survive than combos.

is royal guard any good in a fight,?

or is it better when you master it?

i dont get on with it. i block, awesomeness! but getting that shield up in time, cant get it.

that said it blocked cerberuses attacks , which is great.

but it didnt work against vergil.

maybe now its leveled up to the max it will be better.

prefer swordmaster for mellee based style.

whats the nelo angelo costume the 2nd poster up was talking about? very curious.

the cheats dont work for my special editon. dont they work for the se or english ones?

I found a problem on my game. The other day my memory card died x_x. So I used the start-screen code to try to get it all back, but after I did that, when I try to go buy items, it says I have max purple orbs but my devil-trigger gauge is only at 3. Whats going on?

I have a question what do the numbers that appear in the game mean. an example is the cut scence when lady is fighting the demons and she uses her rocket and on the floor is a number what do they mean?

The numbers in the cutscene show you what level it is, example, theres a '1' on the pizza box at the beginning of the first level, Dantes blood turns to a number '7' when Lady shoots im in the head at the beginning of the Seventh level.. Get the picture? Although some are very hard to notice compared to more obvious ones.

hi umm i got two guestion(or is it maded for it oh yes is it)what use is it to upradge pistols of dante i wont see any chance they are effective as in beginning?and im in trouble in one of dantes mission dont know the number but its the mission when you save lady for falling down when arkaham puss him down and i dont know how to get power to elevator after the point when you got out of grave yard or that tombstone place ill check the miision number after i can play dmc again
