i agree dante shud stick with rebellion, there 's another point i want to put it in, if anyone of u have played devil may cry 4, dont u think nero cud be the reincarnation of vergil, because anyone can use vergil's sword yamato, but in mission 6 the sword mainly responds to nero and in mission 11 the boss sanctus mentions that he wanted to capture dante to use his power for the saviour, but he says that nero has also the blood of sparda and in mission 2 when u fight berial, berial mentions that nero's devil arm is the same as sparda, so i think that when vergil died in dmc 1, he may have reincarnated to become nero, however nero may be the reincarnation of sparda, what do all of u think

sanctus was reffering to dante so he wanted to use dantes blood to power the savior

yes sanctus was referring to use dante, but he used nero and powered the saviour, to power the saviour, sanctus needed yamato and the blood of sparda, nero is related to sparda

i agree, if capcom bring back vergil, it would make the dmc story more interesting, if they do bring him back, i hope they bring vergil back as a good guy, i wonder if they could bring sparda back alive, so that we can understand more about him, but devil may cry 5 should focus more about nero and his background and his arm

y would it be a problem for dmc5 to talk more about nero, because capcom put nero in dmc4 straight away without telling who he is, so dmc5 wud be a perfect time to talk about nero. if u want 2 no about sparda, sparda was a demon knight who rebelled against the other demons and the demon king mundus because sparda felt sorry for the humans who were gona be invaded by mundus and his army, so sparda and his rebel force defeated mundus's army and sparda defeated and sealed mundus back to hell, but just incase that mundus and his demons may come back, sparda met a human woman called eva and they both had half human half demon twins, dante and vergil, to seal mundus and the demons, sparda used an amulet, the blood of a mortal priestess and his own blood, however since sparda was a demon, he too was sealed and his powers and his sword in hell, but before he left, he gave vergil the yamato blade, he gave dante the rebellion sword and the amulet to his wife, which she seperated in half, one to vergil and one to dante. in dmc4 it says that after sparda defeated mundus, sparda served as a feudel lord in fortuna city, then the people of fortuna city worshipped sparda as a god, and thats all i know of sparda

i agree capcom shud bring back vergil as a gud guy in dmc 5, though vergil was a bad guy in dmc3, i always liked vergil and his yamato blade and how he uses his sword
