    Re: Two Sparda Swords?

I believe that Sparda, or the Legendary Dark Knight who is playable in DmC1 has the ability to turn the Yamato Sword, one of his (Sparda's) keepsakes into the Sparda Sword when he puts in enough Devil Trigger power through it during combat. Having that said bought me to another conclusion, what if the Legendary Dark Knight uses the Rebellion Sword and puts in Devil Trigger through it? would it also turn into a replica of the Sparda Sword? Possibly, since the Rebellion Sword is one of sparda's keepsake as well. The Legendary Dark Knight could also turn the Rebellion Sword into a replica of the Sparda Sword when enough Devil Trigger energy is surged through it during combat.

So in the end, there isn't two or even three Sparda Swords. There is only one true Sparda Sword and two DT'ed replicas of the Sparda Sword with one of the DT'ed replicas justified theorically.

"Alot," isn't a word, don't merge the words "a" and "lot" together.

    Re: Two Sparda Swords?

That wouldn't have worked. Dante havin' the Sparda Sword in DMC 2 wouldn't have worked at all. Having the power of Sparda DT when his health is in red (which I think is one of the best features in DMC 2) makes him more than powerful enough. Having the Sparda Sword at the same time would've made Dante way too powerful for the storyline to continue.

Perhaps the possible DMC 5 would explain what happened after DMC 2?

@everybody: how exactly do ya do the thing where it says the reply you're posting to? The dotted line thingy? That's always evaded me on how to do that...

I don't know if anyone put this but...in the ending of DMC 1 when Trish says " 5 Minutes" you see she has the Sparda sword and that Dante has the Force Edge...Uh...But the Force Edge is the Sparda sword....i guess the developers forgot that for a second there...
