what did you guys think of the ending? i mean it was a pretty good wrap up but it didn't really reveal much about dante, nero, virgil or sparda or anything.  i mean mabe it does reveal something when dante lets nero keep yamato and earlier he said "i need to keep it in the family" but i donno

Sanctos got the Sparda sword because Trish/Gloria gave it to him so she can gain the trust of the order sanctus said it in one of the Cut scenes that she brought him the sword. But whats wasn't answered was how they got yamato and how Nero got the devil bringer.

What's the whole story? I don't own either game console and I don't have the money, so it will be a while before I can buy the damn thing and find out what is going on. So take pity on me please, and tell me what the hell happens.

Mundus is pissd that dante sent him back 2 hell he comes back and looks 2 EXACT REVENGE on Dante. Vergil is KNOCKED out sumwhere,and when he comes 2,he realizes he wuz being controlled by Mundus. Pissed he goes 2 exact revenge on Mundus. And u guys can take it 4rm there. let ur mind wander! lol

It doesn't really fit it is only a rumor going around that Nero is Vergil's son or like Nero is the reincarnation of Sparda I really like the rumor that Vergil is possessing Nero and thats how he has that DT it looks a lot like Vergil's but these are just rumors nothing is prove. I also thought the ending was alright but to many plot holes like I mentioned in some of the other threads and yea it would have been nice to know that we needed to protect Kyrie  during the credits I didn't know till I saw the puppet walking to here I tried to get there and she was hit.

 i somewhat agree, and my speculation follows:

i believe that virgil has somehow possessed nero's arm, which would explain why the only thing it was really used to hold was yamato, virgil's prized sword

also, it is supported by nero saying that he heard his arm say "...power......i need more power.." or something which are also virgil's words that i think he said in the 3rd game

but anyways i donno, i also find it weird to see angelo in front of the names of some of the people in the order (nelo angelo)

i really don't know, some of the biggest plot holes i've ever seen i thought they would at least say something about dante's relationship to nero
