Devil May Cry 2 is sequel to the super hit Devil May Cry. DMC was created by Shinji Mikami (the man behind the Resident Evil series) and published by Capcom.

Devil May Cry 2 marks the return of our hero, Dante, with an even darker look and attitude, it also features a second playable character, Lucia, a mysterious demon hunter with a knack for getting into trouble. The game centers around Dante saving the world, again, from an evil mastermind attempting to open the gate to hell. DMC2 showcases several new moves and combos that allow Dante and Lucia to kick ass in a whole new way. New moves include but are not limited to the wall walk and twosome time. The game community has walked both sides of the line when rating DMC2. Often enough, the game is hated, Dante has become quieter and there seems to be less of the rock star attitude that so many fell in love with. However, it can be assumed that the new storyline, new playable character, and advanced moves have more than made up for it. It is truly up to the individual player to decide.
